These guy are fantastic how they have changed my life for the better I was lost in my own head, had this heavy weight and inner anger for so long 20 year plus in fact, didn’t see it ending but these guys have help end the misery I was feeling for so long the heavy weight has been lifted and the inner anger has gone, I feel like a new person and I’m loving it thank you guys 🫡

Brilliant show, well worth a watch . The show covers many topics concening PTSD and other related topics. Great viewing for veterans and their families and also the general public as it raises alot of awarness.
The team are full of compassion and caring and answer as many questions as they can and will do their upmost to do whatever they can in helping people progress and move forward in life. Highly recmmended. 😇🙏 Thank You for all the fab work you all do.
