We’re looking for veterans around the world to join us as Ambassadors.

This role is all about veterans supporting veterans—standing together, sharing experiences, and helping others find the support they need. As an Ambassador, you’ll help raise awareness of our platform through social media, spread our message within your local veteran community, and be a trusted voice for those who may need guidance.

You’ll also represent us at local events, including veterans’ breakfasts, community meetups, remembrance gatherings, and other veteran-focused events—connecting with fellow veterans and sharing information about the work we do.

We’re looking for veterans who understand the military community, are approachable, passionate about helping others, and want to give something back by supporting those who have served.

No matter where you are in the world, if you’re ready to step forward, make a difference, and help veterans in your area, we’d love to hear from you.

Get in touch for more details and become part of a global network of veterans supporting veterans.

One month on – a renewed appeal to locate missing soldier Ryan👇

This weekend marks one month since Ryan Rudd, 28, did not return to his barracks after a night out in Selby. Ryan was out with friends in the town centre before he went missing in the early hours of the following morning Sunday 15 February 2026. He was reported missing to North Yorkshire Police on Sunday 1 March 2026.

The last confirmed sighting of Ryan was at 02.54am on Sunday 15 February 2026 walking past the Old Flour Factory towards New Millgate. Ryan is described as white, around 5ft 8in tall, of slim build with dark brown hair. When he was last seen he was wearing a black t-shirt, blue hooded top and black trousers.

Since the original report officers have carried out detailed enquiries including CCTV trawls from across the area as well as door-to-door enquiries. Specialist teams have searched key locations on both land and water using equipment such as police drones to scour hard‑to‑reach areas.

Ryan’s Mum Kerstin and Dad Ken have today released a new image of Ryan along with this statement: “As a family, we are devastated and struggling to put into words how we feel.

“We would ask anyone who has even the smallest piece of information that could help bring Ryan home to please contact the police. We are desperate to have him back.”

Inspector Ciaran Conlon from North Yorkshire Police said: “This is an extremely difficult time for Ryan’s family, and they are currently receiving support from specialist officers.

“As with any investigation, we remain open minded and will continue to explore all lines of enquiry, but we must accept the possibility that Ryan has entered the River Ouse.

“If you do have any information which can help with the search then please call us 101. Any immediate sightings should be reported to 999.”

Veterans and Community Unite to Tackle Loneliness at Newgale Beach
Pembrokeshire gathering highlights the power of connection across generations

Newgale, Pembrokeshire — March 22, 2026

Veterans, serving soldiers, and local civilians came together today at Newgale Beach in Pembrokeshire in a united effort to combat loneliness and promote community wellbeing.

Set against the rugged coastal backdrop, the gathering brought together people of all ages, creating a supportive space for conversation, shared experiences, and friendship. The event aimed to highlight the importance of human connection, particularly for those who may feel isolated.

Attendees spent time socialising and building bonds, demonstrating how simple community initiatives can have a meaningful impact. Organisers noted that loneliness can affect anyone, regardless of background, and emphasised the importance of inclusive events that bring people together.

One participant said, “It’s great to see people from different walks of life come together like this. Days like today remind us that no one has to face things alone.”

The event reflects a growing awareness of mental health and social isolation, particularly among veterans and those currently serving, while also recognising the wider impact on local communities.

As the day concluded, many described the experience as uplifting, reinforcing the value of connection, compassion, and community spirit.
